I have decided that I am no longer looking for a new weight loss pill. Since I made that decision I have been looking into my home health books to see what help I can get from them. I have found a variety of herbs and supplements listed in this book that might give me a little help. My only question is will that be cheating are herbs and supplements considered diet pills. Would it really be cheating to try some of these things. I would not count the vitamin supplements as cheating because I probably should be taking them any way. But I question some of the herbs. Each one has a different purpose or use. Things like curb my appetite, reduce the cravings I may be having, give me more energy. I guess I could check with my doctor or a nutritionist. I thought about going to the natural food co opp store but I am afraid I won’t get an unbiased opinion. I am sure before I take any of these things I should probably check in with my doctor any way to be sure that these particular herbs and supplements will not mess up the medications that I have to take. I don’t need to create another problem while I am trying to fix this one. Besides it would be sort of costly to invest in this stuff and find out I cant take it because it would interfere with my medication.
