If You Want to Lose Weight Don’t Listen to Your FAT Friends.
My NEW book is actually a full 90-day program that I created based on the lifestyle and eating habits that I have followed for many years. I don’t like to exercise! However, I understand that in order to be healthy, a moderate amount must be done. Since I don’t necessarily like strenuous exercise, I understand that the eating habits that I chose must be good.
If you know me personally, you know that I am usually healthy, rarely ill, and very energetic! This was not always the case. I contribute much of this to the program. Most of us don’t want to be body builders and super models. LOL Okay, maybe most of us do. However, most of us aren’t. For those who just want to have more energy, a better focus, healthier mental attitude, or just look a little better in or out of our clothes, my program will help achieve this.
While their are tons of ways that you can lose weight and look better naked, I can only tell you what I know has worked. I can also give you what I know works with the least amount of unhealthy side effects. Many of the diets don’t work. The new Weight Watchers (R) commercial says that diets don’t work. I agree! Diets are temporary and only work temporarily. People usually end up in worse condition than they were before they started the diet. Then the next diet comes along. Then people try that one. Then the next one and so on, and so on. Most of the time, different promotions and fads are put out to increase business.
Example: 0 Trans Fat and Low Carb
When I saw this on the packages of food I laughed so hard because many of the items that they were putting this on were already low carb and never ever had any trans fat in them to begin with. I saw it on carrots and green beans. LOL This was hilarious to me. Most natural foods are low in carbohydrates and don’t have any trans fat in them to begin with.
